THERMOCOUPLE / THERMAL RESISTANCE TEMPERATURE TRANSMITTING MODULE

SWP20 series temperature transmitting module is a minitype temperature transmitting module with inserting structure, which transforms the thermal electromotive force from thermocouple or the value of thermal resistance into output signals with 1~5V DC or 4~20mA DC that are proportional to temperature. The output measuring range corresponding to temperature can be changed by modifying the internal parameters of the transmitter.
SWP20 series temperature transmitting module is an intelligent transmitting module, which can process various non-linear input signals by using microprocessor. It, if fitted with SWP20SH displaying module, can digitally display the temperature value corresponding to input signals.
SWP20 series temperature transmitting module can select AC or DC electrical source and 1~5V DC or 4~20mA DC output signal. The transmitting output is insulated with mainframe. It also has couple-broken protective function.
SWP20 series temperature transmitting module also has a channel of serial communicating output, which can select RS-232, RS-485 or RS-422 communicating interface. The communicating output is insulated with mainframe.

NOTES:
1.The outer connecting ends are M3.5 bolts, using pressing ends instead of jointing ends.
2.The outer power switch and fuse must be setup and 0.5A fuse is recommended (the quick-melting fuse is recommended when 24V DC power is supplied).
3.The instrument possesses over-current-protecting function, in case that the internal power source short-cut damages the instrument.
4.If the first channel output is not used, please make its output ends short.
5.If the instrument is used under thunder influence, please install special lightning arrester.
